Carl Quintanilla, David Faber and Mike Santoli discussed the surprising news involving Warren Buffett: The "Oracle of Omaha" announced he would step down as Berkshire Hathaway CEO at the end of the year after six decades on the job. Berkshire's board voted unanimously to  name company executive Greg Abel as president and CEO effective January 1 -- and for Buffett to remain chairman.
