Brigham Taylor: Pirates of the Caribbean producer
Brigham Taylor worked as an executive with the Walt Disney Company. He produced Disney’s 2016 The Jungle Book, 2015 Tomorrowland, and the Pirates of the Caribbean series. He was a production executive for Million Dollar Arm (2014), Tron: Legacy (2010), Secretariat (2010), Bridge to Terabithia (2007), and The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005), to name a few. Taylor was born in 1967 in Palo Alto, California. He earned his bachelor’s degree in humanities from Brigham Young University. After graduating, he joined the Disney company in 1994 as an assistant to a junior executive and rose through the ranks of the studio. He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served as a full-time missionary in Tallahassee, Florida. He and his wife, Michelle, are the parents of four children. He has recently started a new development-finance/production company with a focus on elevated, thriller feature films.
