Edge has been a columnnist for the New York Times, The Oxford American, Garden and Gun and is the author of a shelf full of books, his latest being The Potlicker Papers. The story of the modern self told through foods and cooks. Don spoke with John in Studio UA on campus at the University of Alabama.
