Mandates in politics matter. But there's one swampy group in Washington D.C. that absolutely plays by its own rules and still wants to put up a fight against their own voters' wishes. That's the gang of Republicans in the US Senate. Ol' Crow Mitch McConnell has moved up voting on new leadership to Wednesday of this week and his establishment pals are trying to take the wheel with his help. Can Trump stop them?
