Sometimes we find that the stories we read, in fact a lot of what we read, are too often overloaded with far too many meaningful words. However, they can also be overloaded with an excessive repeat of words that only describes or explains what the writer has previously told us. This is not only a waste of space but a waste of the readers time. Being concise in your writing helps produce a more satisfying read.
