Helen chats to creative people to learn how nature feeds into and inspires there work, and in this episode she speaks to Soraya Abdel-Hadi. She has often spoken from her position as the Founder of All The Elements, a nonprofit community working to increase diversity in the UK outdoors . But I know Soraya as a writer, creative and artist who draws in nature and draws from nature.
