So don't beat yourself up over the fact that you didn't yes and over it should go, Oh, that's interesting. Sometimes I tell people, even if you can just take the word but and replace the word and does the sentence still make sense, just to see what will happen. It's that thing again of how am I hearing what people said and accepting and building on it? My challenge is to try yes and for an entire day, there we go see what happens.
