A chance encounter with a European kite surfing instructor-turned-Uber driver sparked one of the most profound realizations I"ve had recently about the balance between consumption and creation. While Miami seems like the perfect setting for water sports with its beautiful coastlines, my driver explained why his kite surfing business faced unexpected challenges. Tourists visit Miami for the scene and atmosphere, not necessarily to invest days learning a new skill before returning to their colder home cities. What truly transformed our conversation was his response when I mentioned my love for reading self-help books. Rather than simply acknowledging my habit, he challenged me with a powerful question: "What about your book? You don"t just want to read about other people"s lives and passively observe." His words highlighted a fundamental truth about how many of us approach personal development – we consume endless content but sometimes forget to create our own contributions. And, as a special bonus, I want to give you FREE access to my signature course, Slay Your Year (usually $997)! All you have to do is: Leave a review of this podcast. Email a screenshot of your review to info@susie-moore.com Simple as that! If you"d love to watch the video version of our interviews, be sure to subscribe to the podcast"s YouTube channel here.
