Irwin Boris is the head of acquisitions at Peykar Capital, a real estate investment firm that specializes in small bay industrial investments. Prior to joining Peykar, Irwin worked sourcing acquisitions for several private investors (foreign & US) where he was responsible for deal sourcing, negotiation, underwriting, due diligence and financing; and was a top originator during his 10-year tenure with GMAC Commercial Mortgage. Irwin has more than 25 years experience in real estate finance, investment, and asset management. During his professional career, Irwin has participated as a direct lender, principal, investment banker and advisor in more than $5.0 billion in real estate transactions. In addition to being on the Real Estate Advisory Committee at Fordham University, Irwin is a frequent speaker on real estate investing at family office and other industry conferences.
