Episode 749 - Steve Guttenberg is a First Class Father and Legendary Actor. He is widely known for his roles in Police Academy, Three Men and A Baby, Cocoon, and Short Circuit. Steve told the story of his rise to Hollywood fame in the play he wrote and starred in, Tales from the Guttenberg Bible. Steve put his life and career on pause when he learned that his father was diagnosed with kidney failure. He dedicated his life to being a caregiver for his dad. Steve has written a book about his life together with his father, from leaving home at the age of 17 to taking care of his father in his final years. “Time to Thank: Caregiving for My Hero”.
