We're diving deep into identifying areas in your life that are due for some improvement. From organization to limiting beliefs, we all have areas that need clarity and change before we can carry out the vision for our lives.   Today, we introduce you to two exercises we use to visualize the life we want. The "will no longer tolerate list" is an exercise where you identify those pesky things in your life that you no longer want to tolerate. Then we dive into the "wouldn't it be cool" exercise, which helps overcome those pesky barriers and taps into your positive energy for dreaming. We'll help you remove the things that need to go and envision what you most desire so that you can have everything you've ever dreamed of.   So, if you're ready to create a life you love and strengthen your relationship in the process, tune in. It's time to turn your dreams into reality!   What you'll hear in this episode: [2:10] Creating a vision board and identifying areas for improvement [7:15] Organizing and decluttering homes for a more peaceful life. [12:10] Overcoming limiting beliefs through dreaming [14:45] Using exercises to uncover intuition and goals [20:15] Prioritizing personal dreams with a partner [25:30] Aligning personal and shared visions in a relationship   Get more information about Rob + Kim's Italia: https://view.flodesk.com/pages/6352c7416c4cf33281b5ee8f Get additional podcast content here: https://www.patreon.com/fridate Get the Vision Board Course for Couples: https://www.robandkimscourses.com/visionlist   Work One-on-One with Rob Here: https://nextchaptershow.com/coaching/ Connect with Rob on Instagram: @robmurgatroyd Connect with Kim on Instagram: @kimmurgatroyd
