Engaging with attendees helps reduce anxiety. Choose activities that can scale with group size. Focus on those who choose to participate. Less is more, but plan for more activities. Start presentations on time, even if attendees are late. End presentations five minutes early to allow for transitions. Workshops should prioritize sharing information. Feedback and support are crucial for improvement. Continuous practice leads to improvement in presenting.
