In this episode, Billy breaks down 5 simple but powerful pillars that apply to both fitness and finance. Success is boring: Staying consistent with the basics is the key. No need for shortcuts—get comfortable with repetition. You don’t have to be perfect: Don’t let perfectionism hold you back. You can make mistakes, get a lot of things wrong, and still end up in a great place! You have to stay educated: Never stop learning. Books, podcasts, courses, coaching—invest in your growth. Discipline: This one is all about doing it when you don’t feel like it. Live within your means, stay on track, and stick to your plan. Have some reserves: Whether it's financial buffers or having a backup in your fitness routine, having that cushion can save you when life throws curveballs. You don’t have to be perfect, and I’m proof of that! I made plenty of mistakes in my journey, but the key was staying consistent and building from there.
