This week, James is joined by Mark Kildea, CEO of The Howard de Walden Estate (HdWE). Mark joined HdWE as Finance Director in July 2011 and became Chief Executive in September 2020. He leads and sets the strategy for the business, focusing on the strength of its location, the diversified portfolio, family ownership and long-term investment horizon.
