Greetings & welcome back to the podcast.  James Pasieka is a former partner with the Calgary office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP and has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating transactions for capital projects, joint ventures, corporate financings, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
