205. Sabrina Monarch: Astrology, Aliveness, and Embodiment

How does astrology help us inhabit and experience our aliveness more deeply? How might embodiment practices help us awaken to our intuitive nature? In this enlightening conversation, astrologer Sabrina Monarch and I discussed the integration of astrological practice and embodiment work. On the surface, it's easy to misunderstand astrology as a strictly intellectual, imaginal, and abstract practice. This was certainly my perception at the start of my journey.
