#132 Healthier Longer...The Vision of Alively and Lou Zameryka

Imagine living to 100 while STILL BEING able to move, travel, and enjoy the world. Today's guest, Lou Zameryka not only challenges himself personally "to do" what "most people don't", he is incorporating this philosophy to help others as we all age. I met Lou years ago when we served together on an Executive Board for HSMAI and have remained in touch. His career included 17 years with Booking.com. He continues to expand his professional relationships to learn and has now combined his personal passion for health as a co-found of Alively.com. More about Lou Zameryka: He is a founding partner at Ventures Hospitality, a firm specializing in advisory services and investment within the travel and hospitality industries. In his role, Lou collaborates with multinational companies, helping them navigate international expansion and the development of strategic partnerships, in addition to overall strategy. He holds various positions from advisor to board co-chair, leveraging his extensive experience to drive thoughtful business growth. Lou is also the co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Alively, an early stage startup focused on improving healthspan so that people can live their best lives their entire lives. Previously, Lou contributed 17 years to Booking.com, where he played a key role in its development into the global leader in online travel. He has also served as an America’s board member for the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and as President of their New York Chapter. Beyond his professional endeavors, Lou is an avid long-distance runner and a dedicated family man. He cherishes his time with his two children and his wife Cindy, who balances her role as the family's chief architect for their amazing life with her practice in the healing arts of Yoga and Ayurveda.
