Priscilla is the founder of Next Step and an experienced career mentor with over 20 years in Human Resources. Priscilla reached the position of HR Manager in a Fortune 100 company in the United States, leading HR for multiple manufacturing sites: a space still largely male-dominated. As a Brazilian, a woman, and an immigrant, she overcame significant challenges that shaped her deep understanding of what truly drives career growth.
