Pam Fischer is the Senior Director of External Engagement at the Governors Highway Safety Association. She is also a national expert on teen driving; exactly the right voice to join in ahead of National Teen Driver Safety Week, October 20-25. In 2022, there were over 3300 deaths due to distracted driving, and 289,000 injuries.
