In 2006, after suffering devastating loss on every side, he fell into a thick depression in which he intended to take his own life. Thankfully, he survived that dark time and spent the next five years of his life on a journey of self-discovery and introspection that caused him to understand one very important thing--mindset was the most powerful tool he had.
