Lainie Chait After 12 years working in the animal Industry in different roles, I decided to leave the furry four legged world behind and venture in to the world of herbal medicine. I worked for the Happy Herb Company for nearly 15 years and benefited greatly on many levels as I was battling a diagnosis of Epilepsy at the time and was desperate to get off pharmaceutical medicine as the only option for treatment. I wanted to find a holistic approach to my treatment and management and realised I could be in the drivers seat of this. In those years I learnt a lot about the human brain and triggers and personal responsibility when it comes to the health of our brain so I decided to write my story as an illustration of the empowering message I would like to send out to people. I have written and starred in a comedy, narrative theatrical performance which encompasses the message of Electro Girl (my book) and explains the importance of a healthy relationship we need to have with our brains. My passion is to take this message into the education system and connect with teens about the role and power of the brain and encourage them to take charge of their lives with intention. Until this happens I remain passionate about educating people about ways to change their mindset around health for prolonged life which I do through my Love your Diagnosis podcast
