Aside from his personal obsession with vegan cookbooks, he is the author of the award winning cookbook Epic Vegan Quick and Easy, Epic Vegan, The Simply Vegan Cookbook, and developed recipes for Dr. Neal Barnards The Power Foods Diet. He currently serves as the Culinary Specialist for The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
