And thestory about my interview with Monica. I didn’t want this to end. I discoveredher energy, passion, commitment, dedication, drive, and belief. In herself. Tocreate ‘Keca’s Usna’ Lipstick. And the story behind this. My favoriteexclamation. “Wow.” Firstly, Monica is exuberant, worldly, delightful, intense, and real. Her words resonate even now as I compose this. She left a wonderful, safe, cushioned HR career in Silicon Valley. Something was missing. I know thefeeling. Our bonding. To build something from the ground up. She developed thisunique, practical, and glamorous lipstick brand. Listen in to the challenges, inspirations, advice, and journey, including the real geographical trip toCroatia. Much here to grasp. And you all know me. Basking in spirituality. Towrap the interview, a strange warm noise from just behind her. To becontinued.” Calvin https://www.youtube.com/c/ConversationswithCalvinWetheSpecIEs 644 Interviews/Videos 9200 SUBSCRIBERS GLOBAL Reach. Earth Life. Amazing People. My journey began in Silicon Valley, where I worked asan HR leader alongside visionary CEOs, advocating for the value people bring toorganizations. I infused my work with what spoke to my heart:volunteer efforts, community events, and championing causes like walk-a-thons, food drives, andwomen’s shelters. Yet, something was missing. I was tired of having to explainwhat seemed so obvious to me: treat people well and do something meaningfulwith personality and grace. It became clear that the excitement of building somethingfrom the ground up was what I truly enjoyed, and it was time to do that formyself. After extensive travel and exploration, my experiences, particularly inCroatia, left a lasting impression. This connection inspired the creation of mylip color collection, Keca’s Usna. I had tried various brands but found my favorites eithersticky or short-lasting, while my go-to long-lasting lipstick left my lips dry.I wanted it all: a formula that was long-lasting, non-drying, and felt good.Keca’s Usna is a tribute to my heritage and journey, where each shade tells astory, celebrating diversity and connection while embodying the values I holddear. ** WE ARE ALSO ON AUDIO AUDIO “Conversations with Calvin; WE the SpecIEs” ANCHOR https://lnkd.in/g4jcUPq SPOTIFY https://lnkd.in/ghuMFeC APPLE PODCASTS BREAKER https://lnkd.in/g62StzJ GOOGLE PODCASTS https://lnkd.in/gpd3XfM POCKET CASTS https://pca.st/bmjmzait RADIO PUBLIC https://lnkd.in/gxueFZw
